Jame's Trophy Truck:
Adding to Jesse's list of things-to-do, he and West Coast
have entered the elite sport of Trophy Truck racing. We have
been fortunate enough to be able to lend a hand with their
efforts. Jesse and his main crew of two, have been turning
heads at every event they compete. Jesse is an unbelievably talented driver and with the dedication of
his crew, watch for Jesse and West Coast on the podium. |

Travis's
Big Crash:
During the 2006 Baja 1000 racing with West Coast Choppers and
Jesse James we were pitted in a remote spot half way to La Paz.
Travis and Casey Jefferies had an end-over-end in their brand
new Class 1 after hitting a large washout. The impact caused
a fuel leak. With only our crew and a few deep Baja locals at
the wash, it was a classic case of at the right place at the
right time. As soon as we reached the wreck the mid section
and the undercarriage of the car burst into flames, Casey was
yelling to us to flip the car back over but with his face shield
covered with blood he could not see the fire, we helped pull
Travis and Casey from the wreck, by the time we had gotten only
a few feet from the car the 60+ gallon fire had spread through
out the whole car, with only a few fire extinguishers the fire
was unstoppable.
Out of Radio contact and with all of the satellite lines busy,
Travis and Casey kicked back and hung out for the evening and
finally got picked up by their crew early in the morning. |
